:: WHERE IS WOOTTON MADE
We are an environmentally sustainable handmade brand, made in the soils of Lebanon.
:: WHAT DOES WOOTTON MEAN
The word represents the basic material used on our creations; wood and cotton to form the word WOOTTON.
:: HOW ARE YOU ENVIRONMENTAL AND SUSTAINABLE
We use only plant based material such as cotton, jute ropes and handmade wooden buttons and beads. Our creations are kids, pets and environmentally friendly.
:: HOW DO YOU COLOR YOUR ROPES
We use a long process which is called dyeing. Natural dyeing our ropes from spices, flowers, plants and vegetables…
:: CAN WE WASH YOUR BASKETS AND BAGS
All our creations are hand-washed with cold water on spot when the item gets dirty. If you prefer machine washing then please use the option 'spin & rinse' that comes without temperature and maximum 15mins.
:: CAN WE CUSTOMIZE
At WOOTTON we give our clients the freedom to customize their orders to meet their needs, taste and fit their space. You can choose your colors and dimensions or even create together a new creations.

:: HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER
You have several ways to do so; by going through our website and making the order or by sending us a message through whatsApp, instagram or email. We are here to assist at your convenience.
{On the website} To place your order, select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Proceed to the Checkout page where you must fill out your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to double-check that you have filled in your details correctly.
:: CAN YOU CREATE OTHER FORMS
Other than the circular forms, we can create forms from squares to rectangles.

:: HOW CAN I PAY MY ORDER
We are establishing the system to be more smooth as a process.
For now you either buy by cash on delivery or by Western Union OMT or Whish.
:: DO YOU SHIP ABROAD
We ship through Wakilni worldwide.
:: CAN I RETURN MY ORDER OR CANCEL IT
We want you to be happy with your purchase and allow returns within 3 days of receipt only if a defect is present. You can email: hello@woottoncreation.com to explain the nature of the defect. For items with defects/damage, please make sure to provide photos of the inner and outer packaging for us to submit the claims.
We begin processing orders 24h after the order is placed, for this reason, we are unable to cancel or make changes to placed orders after that period of time.
